Returns & Replacements
We understand that issues can happen during shipping. To protect you against shipping damage, incorrect items, or missing parts, we offer a 5-day window for reporting any issues.

If your order arrives damaged, is not the item you ordered, or is missing parts, please contact us.
The Process:
Report the Issue & Get a Ticket Number: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to report the problem. To begin the process, simply send an email to our support team at [Your Support Email Address]. Your email will automatically generate a support ticket, and you will receive a Ticket Number in a confirmation email. Please include your original order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a video showing the problem in your email.
Verification & Approval: Our team will review the issue associated with your Ticket Number. If the claim is approved based on the evidence provided, we will send you return instructions.
Return the Product: Once approved, please ship the item back to us. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and protective materials, to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Resolution: After we receive the returned product, our experts will confirm the issue.
We will promptly send a replacement at our expense.
If the product is out of stock and cannot be replaced, we will issue a 100% refund to your original payment method.
Conditions & Exclusions:
This guarantee does not apply if the product has been subjected to misuse, neglect, accidental damage, modification, or has been painted, assembled, or altered in any way.
Due to the on-demand nature of our products and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer returns or cancellations for reasons other than a verifiable defect, damage, or error on our part (e.g., we cannot accept returns for a “change of mind”). 3dz.in reserves the right to make the final decision on all return and refund requests.
Changing or Cancelling An Order
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us by email only as soon as possible.
Our customer service team will respond within one business day.
Orders can only be changed or cancelled if their status is still “Order in Queue.”
If your order status has already changed (e.g., “Processing” or “Shipped”), we will be unable to alter or cancel it.
Please Note: In some cases, a cancellation may be subject to a 2%-3% bank processing fee, depending on your payment method. This is because many payment gateways do not refund their commission fees to us, even if the order is cancelled.
Return Shipping Guidelines
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:
Use Your Ticket Number: Do not ship an item back without first receiving approval and instructions associated with your Ticket Number.
Packaging: Write the Ticket Number clearly on the outside of the shipping box. Please do not write on the original product packaging itself.
Contents: Include a copy of the original packing slip that came with your shipment inside the box. Make sure all original parts and materials are included.
